Speedfan: Too hot?

I got all of my components into my new case and im getting some really high temperatures that do not see correct at all, is it the program or has something really changed that much?

GPU- 127F
Temp1- 117F
Temp2-100F
Temp3-77F
HD-106
Temp1-104F
Core-106F

Post them in Celsius. That isn't that high. Cpu is a little high at like 40c.
