Anyone know which one of the temps on the right is my CPU? When I run Prime95, nothing gets above 35c, except Temp3, which gets up to 48c. Any idea what is what with speedfan?

Just use HWMonitor, it actually tells you what temperature belong to which sensor, for the most part :P

Idle:

33c
30c
29-33c

Load:

33c
39-40c
50-54c

So the last two or what? And the fire symbol is by the 50-54c...

Core temp is showing 18-19c idle, while BIOS usually show 25-26c idle. At load, it tops out at 42c. Would it mean it may be 7-8c hotter than what it is reading?

You can change the fire indicator temp scale.
Click on configure, click on the temp you want to change then look at the bottom to change it.

I use Speedfan to control fan speeds on my HTPC. Just go to "Configure," and find the temp that's linked to "Intel core."

EDIT: Whoops, I didn't see that you had an AMD processor. It will probably be pretty similar, though.
