Ok i installed speedfan and it says that my HDO is 52c and Temp1 is 73c..how exactly do i get it to go down?

Is this hot for your Video card or HD?

Not sure what you mean but the speedfan says.. HDO 50c Temp1 73c and CPU 75c...I just want them to go down cause thats way to hot.
