Exactly. The only reason I would disable it is if I were using a desktop, but even then theres no real reason to disable it since it wont cause your processor heat up as much.It doesnt much matter if it's enable or disabled. When you need more power, it gives you more power. When you dont need it, why would you waste battery or power for no reason? Disabling it will make your running speed constantly higher, but it wont increase the speed.
