Hey guys, i recently got a can of "air" or spray duster... I bought it to remove dust from the inside of my PC...

one thing i need to know before i do anything, will it be safe to use on the PC parts ? it contains Butane and Propane according to the can... I dont want to go and do anything before i know its going to be safe to use it...

will it be ok to use?

thanks

Dave.

im not familiar with the can you have but an office store will sell static free air. do not turn the can sideways or upside down. keep it upright as much as possible. the can will have liquid or moisture.

It will be fine. All cans like that have have a gas in them to discharge the air. Like tremmor said though, always hold it upright when using. If it gets cold, just set it down for a few minutes.

i use a small soft brush that came with a computer mag ages ago, i dont trust that air in a can stuff

yeah it will be fine, just make sure you shake the can before you spray, and keep the can upright.

beware as your spraying the can will get ice cold if the container is alu :D
