spyware after format

I just finished doing a total reformat and right when it was done installing windows I get some spyware or something. I've ran spybot sd, adaware, super anti spyware to no avail. Basically its a pop up that happens every 2-5 minutes.
Also, I rebooted my machine and randomly my window xp theme was deleted.

Any help would be great.

ok heres what i would do

download all the installers for antivirus spybot firewalls etc.
put them all on a usb drive or burn them to a cd

then disconnect your computer from the internet by disconneting the ethernet


After you do all this

Reformat your computer
then install all the spybot programs and the antiviruses and firewalls
then reconnect your computer to the internet

You should be fine...

You need to disable the messenger service, (Control Panel, Admin Tools, Services), Be sure to right click on the service first and stop it, then in it's properties, set it to disable.
