SpyWare Annoying (Help)

Hello, I have a problem this spy ware crap keeps on popping up on my computer I did not install it RRRR...... I even went to all programs and it's not there I don't like it popping up and saying you have 253 Viruses on your computer want us to block it BLAH BLAH BLAH. I have a anti viruses and Searched my computer 1 virus and that's it. I deleted the virus but nothing happened to the spy ware crap! It keeps popping up and up OMG! It's making me insane, I need help on how to ERACE IT I don't want to accept anything I don't care I just want THE PROGRAM GONE. Please help me.

Ps. It Pops Up on the bottom of the screen it says Your computer is infected Blah Blah Blah YA! RIGHT! It just wants for me to buy the gay Crap! Here is a Picture of one of the thing's it does!

Time to format your hard drive. Back-up all necessary files and then reinstall operating system.

Install anti-virus (free ones include Avast!, Avira, AVG Free, and Nod32). Then firewall (free one is ZoneAlarm). Then Google Pack with Norton Security Scan and PC-Tools SpyDoctor. Then LavaSoft AdAware and SpyBot Search & Destroy. You'll never have issues again.

If you can, instead of antivirus and firewall listed above, get McAfee SecurityCenter:
McAfee is NOT a Resource Hog
