Spyware doctor/internet exp

I keep the spyware doctor off when it is not in use. but for some reason Every time i turn on the internet exp the spyware doctor will turn on by it self.

what can i do so the spyware doctor will not pop out again when ever internet exp opens.

Have you looked through the msconfig startup and services group for all SD items? What SD did when installed was link itself directly to IE. This is one reason why I recommend other programs that work independently without interferring with IE or other system processes. If it's a shareware not freeware dump it. The addon will often leave you wide open for adwares/spywares etc..

Most of the malwares are designed to give problems in using
MS Internet Explorer.

There are a few other free web browsers which can cope up
and give good access to web. Try NetCaptor, AM,
Avant and Maxthon:

Which ever browser you like, make it the default browser.

If disabling it from auto starting with the msconfig utility still sees it running when you open IE then you know that SD put an addon on IE. Make sure to look in the services as well as the startup group when going into the msconfig. A quick look at those links shows that going with Firefox 2.0 will see far better results. The problem is disabling or removing Spyware Doctor's addon to IE. Disabling that or removing the registry value for that or totally removing the program will see that gone.
