Spyware Infestion?

my background says Spyware Infestion in a black box with a blue background. what free program can i use to remove the spyware?

What program told you that there is spyware? If you don't know, then don't click any buttons, it's a popup that will load spyware on your system.

I use both AdAware SE and Spybot S&D.

Additionally, HijackThis is a useful tool for detecting spyware that can hide from other tools.

You got smitfraud, don't bother with the scans, just post a Hijackthis log.
