Spyware program

It does mean that I think that my Computer has been infected by spyware. I just want to get a nice free spyware program. I have got Microsoft Antispyware but it bugs it will not update so therefore I am looking for a new program.

"Spybot Search & Destroy" is nice and handy, afterall its free too.
