Just want to ask everyone what spyware there using or what spyware you would recomend ? what do you lot think of xoftspy?

I think you mean anti-spyware.
There are numerous programs available, however, I would suggest the following two:
Spybot Search & Destroy
Ad-Aware
Both pieces of software are very successful. Ad-Aware will pick up spyware that Spybot misses, and vice versa.

cherrs using both of them at the momment and yes did mean anti spyware been a long day
