Sreensaver In Desktop Background

Is there a screensaver like thing that runs on your desktop but you can still move your mouse around and click on stuff? I saw a picture on a website which looks like what I'm looking for. It's a fish aquarium one.

in most cases they are animated wallpapers, i've seen some lifelikes one, like rivers and clouds,

yeah some of them are and BE CAREFULL!

Most of those type of sites that offer free animated wallpapers and screensaves have unwanted stuff bungled in which keeps giving you pop-ups and spyware
