SSD issues and questions

So, I have some explaining to do and then I'll get to the questions.
I have a 120gb Kingston SSD that I bought in 2012. I recently defragmented it (which I found out actually does more harm than good on a SSD) and windows loads MUCH slower now, like 2 minutes longer. I checked out the SMART readings from speedfan, and it's performance and health were at about 70%, while my HDD that I bought at the same time is at 98%ish.
So questions: Did I possibly damage the SSD? Should I look into a new one soon? How long do SSD's typically last? Lastly, would using my windows disc and doing a repair on windows make a difference perhaps? Thanks.

Is it a V300?

Defrag usually just introduces a bunch of write cycles onto the drive, but it shouldn't substantially impact your system like you indicated.

Any chance of a screenshot or table dump of the SMART data?

Every time I look at its SMART readings it is better, so hopefully it's recovering. Never defragmenting it again!

I would say those are very sporadic speeds. What does the health/error scan tabs say?

Speed is normal. I see that with the HDDs I have tested. What does health say? Do an error check. Run Crystaldiskinfo.

See my previous post.

I'm scared to do that lest it screws things up, also can I resintall windows without losing my files?
