ssd raid

Hi everyone,

i've just installed a second ssd into my system. I am trying to stripe the new one to the first one.
The first problem i have discovered is i cannot find either of the ssd's in the bios.
But they are both fully operational within windows and the samsung magician.

Any help would be much appreciated

If the first drive is used for booting windows then you will have to setup raid 0 and then reinstall windows fresh.

Are the sata ports set to AHCI/RAID the BIOS?

ermmm, yes the first drive is for booting windows, and is set to AHCI. tried switching it to raid and nothing happens

After you switch it to RAID mode, you need to enter the RAID config before you reinstall Windows. Check your motherboard manual for the hotkey to press.
