stacking fans?

There was another thread about this some time ago... On another thread they said it actually lowered the RPMS a bit.

I have stacked fans onto of each other, it dosnt boost anything. Like oscaryu1 said it more or less just lowers your Rpms :/

I would think they would work against each other, but yeah it would be pretty pointless

I saw actual tests on this one time, I don't remember where but I think the only way to improve air flow was to use two fans, but have them one fan length apart from each other.

i think it would improve just a tad bit , no major change , ive thought of this once,
