Start menu

I have the classic start mnu and whenever I go into programs, it shows a few and then an arrow which when I click shows the rst, how do I get ri of the arrow so that it shows all the programs by default?

find an empty space on the taskbar
right click>properties>start menu>customize>advanced

unchecl "scroll programs"
