looking2build is right you will have to reinstall windows, you will need an official windows cd a recovery cd wll not work ,if you have an oem windows cd you will be able to use that but you will have trouble activating windows, you can usally ring microsoft and give a reason why you have replaced the mobo and eventually they will activate it.
