start up problem

i have a toshiba satalite and when starting up it is unable to load the start up screen in both safe and normal mode do any of you know wat is going on

i had that same problem that windows just deletes windoes for some odd reason just re-install windows make shure you dont have nothing on the laptop or it will get deleted.
