Start Up Problems...help Plz!!!

When i start up my comp it loads everything then it comes up with the XP loading screen. After that loads, my comp restarts itself. I cant get into safemode or anything, it just does the same thing. I recently removed my master hard drive but my slave holds windows and everything else on that and its worked without the master before. Please someone help me!!! Im in desperate need.

Which version of Windows is now on the current drive? XP? It does sound like a hardware related issue. Yet XP has a crash control feature that will restart the system automatically if a program crashes to avoid system locks. If a startup program or system files saw damage that would be one thing there. A failing power supply is another thing that would cause restarts if the power levels dropped suddenly when Windows was loading device drivers. When those started to become active the demand on the supply would increase even after a successful post. Memory is another item to consider.
