I'm not sure of the official term, so I apologize in advance.

My HD has become full of crap over-time. So I wish to format my computer, so I can start with fresh Vista again. Now, I have two Restore disks (Labeled: "Restore Disc 1 of 2" and "Restore Disc 2 of 2") They came with my computer. So what is the process I need to go through? Thanks.

Your computer should have came with instructions on how to restore your computer to factory condition when you bought it. You might need to access a restore partition or just pop in CD number one and boot to it and then pop in CD number 2 when requested. It all depends on your system.

It's usually called a "Fresh installation" but hey don't worry about it, were not going to bite your head off for saying some random term incorrectly, no need to apologize.

Please tell us the mark and model of your computer and we can help you from there on.

Best Regards,
Francisco

We dont need make and model. Just reboot your pc and when the bios page appears repeatedly hit the key that corresponds to "System Restore". Then follow the wizard and put in each disk when prompted to. Thats it
