Hello.

I'm a novice concerning website designs and was just hoping to get some advice on the best way to start an independent (not a free one) site and to set up a chat function (like chat room, not message board).

Also, is it possible to design a webpage with affiliate links that will provide enough income to either cover the majority of the webpage hosting costs or sustain it entirely?

I appreciate information you can provide.
 
of course you can install affiliate links in your website. If someone buy goods or product from your link, you will get income. Maybe i suggest you search cheap hosting but good quality.
