Startup error for an unistalled program!

hi.
I ahd installed Xoftspy, and i wanted to remove it. I unistalled xoftspy but now evrytime i log in it gives an error for not beeing able to run it or something. Can i edit the startup without using a startup prog?

msconfig

start > run > msconfig > startup "tab" change the things you dont want to start up

also in msconfig goto the service tab and mark "hide all microsoft services" and see what u can unmark.

Thanks, i remember opening this a long time ago when i had .cab (internal error) installation problems.

Well after i tried this way when i restarted windows it seemed to load the start up progs but doesnt show them beside the clock.

do u c them in task manager?

Xoftspy is a spyware remover.

Y dont u email the people and get them 2 sort it out, it is their program!!
