Startup Program Install

Hi guys. I don't know where to ask this, so I'll just throw it out there. Every time I start up my laptop, I get the same three programs trying to install every time. I believe they're something in line with my integrated video, but I'm not sure.

They are

C:\Windows\System32\igfxtray.exe

C:\Windows\System32\hkcmd.exe

C:\Windows\System32\igfxpers.exe

I've hit the run button every time, but it still comes back. Does anyone know what I could do to get rid of these, or help them install or whatever?

Thank you.

P.S. If this isn't in the right spot, just let me know and I'll move it.

All three for Intel graphic cards, the second being a process used for Dell Hotkeys for the monitor.

I recommend going to:

Start > Run > Type "msconfig"

Startup tab and disable these processes.

Thank man. Now that that's out of the way, I have another question.

My computer is having propblems installing updates, specifically:

Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 and .NET Framework 3.5 Family Update (KB951847) X86, which is an Important update published on 2/24/2009

Intel Corporation - Display - Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family, which is an Optional update published on 12/11/2008\

Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition Service Pack 3 (KB957706), which is an Important update published on 6/23/2009

I've restarted my computer numerous times and it always says that updates were not configured correctly and that it has to revert back to old settings.

I even looked on-line to Microsoft's website to fix them and none of their solutions have worked. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, could you let me know how you fixed it?

THanks

I have not. Pardon my ignorance, but what would I actually download and install from that website? I went there and it said the Windows Update is now available in my control panel and proceeded to open it up for me. I have some new updates now, so I'll give it a shot. Thank you for the suggestion.
