if u wana to make the programs don't run when the pc startup, then u have to use the msconfig utility from the cmd -> run .
and then uncheck the programs that u don't want to run them when booting the pc.
also stop the services that u don't use

You can get WinPatrol 9.5 from www.pcworld.com (free). It will list all of the Start-up programs (among others) and give you a little info on each of them (some more than others. The Plus version cost $20.00 and is suppose to give more info.). You can also do a search on any programs that you're not sure about with the Windows search tool, to help figure out what they're tied (related) to. I hope that helps a little. :D

I would remove all of the following...
qt75,tcnfyz,mxd31m,fash,aqadcup,ivzt,0tli,n,ldh,udk,drckdodwc,(blank one),mnyexpr,kd1ngine

And check into the following...
tfswctrl,dsentry,opcg6l9on,wkufind,hdxper,keyramp,iisvers,zay,v,gcbpmv

remember you dont need any of those programs in startup, to have the programs work correctly. If they need them, they will start them as a process... Although i would leave the nwiz, and remove everything else.
