Startup Repair problems after partitioning of hard drive

Hi. My computer is having Startup Repair problems. It keeps on doing Startup Repair without starting. Even though it has finishes Startup Repair it repeats again and again without starting. The problem started yesterday after doing partitioning of my hard drive. I am using 2 hard drives, the first one is WinXP and the other Win7, which i use to boot. But when i boot with WinXP, all the files in Win7 are still intact, but partitioning didnt go materialise. Can you help as i am desperate now. What can i do to resolve the problem. Even when i use Start windows normally it cant start. I did everything i could but the problem remain the same. Peter.
 
Thanks very much John. I think most of the problems mentioned in the WebLink are definately happening in my computer. I am quite sure this will help resolve all my Startup problems. Peter
