my dad gave my bro this pc he recently bought from somewhere i dont kno. seems like a custom built one in one with a whole lot of lightings n extra fans. well i hooked up a couple different speakers to it and kept getting this kinda static from the playback so i went n bought a new sound card thinking that would help but it didnt fix the problem. can anyone help me out on trying to fix this?
