Steam account disabled

well my friends i just preorderd BFBC 2 on steam!!!! YAY!!! the beta comes out JAN 28!! im so excited! ive been waiting FOREVER......

and now my Steam account is disabled for no reason..... im about to explode... i have about 300-400 dollars worth of games on my account and if i dont get it back..... i dont know but im gonna be MAD!!! who have ever had this problem?
 
All you can do is contact steam...ask them whats going on!

Is that all it says? that the account has been locked?
 
disabled and i have opened a ticket and im waiting for a response. I am incredibly mad right now, i dont think you guys understand... I JUST PRE ORDERD THE GAME!!! ******* 50 dollars down the ****** drain! AAARRRGGH

Steam might not have taken the payment from your account yet been as its a pre-order,Id check your bank account and if it has not been taken phone your bank and tell them not to pay any payments to Steam.

Ive pre-order mine on steam the other night,im not sure if they have actualy taken the payment yet though.
 
i just checked the giftcards balance and it only has a penny on it so the payment went through... this is soo dumb it still is disabled... and they havnt responded
 
Any news yet? I haven't had any issues with Steam, but hearing a story like this is made me realize how easily hundreds of dollars that you've invested in games can simply be disabled.
 
well i just found out my dad disputed a charge that he forgot about lol so the charge was reversed and im waiting for the account :D i was sooo mad!!! lol
