Steering wheel help

I have a InterAct V3fx steering wheel for playstation and I have it hooked up to my computer with the adapter piece. Everything works fine except the pedals. They function as ON or OFF, not analog. The wheel itself is analog, but I need to know how to get the pedals also to be analog. (It might just be a setting, and I lost the manual)
