Still confused with this pc

Hello all again. I can assure you I am not blonde just not computer savvy is all. I have been trying to download the drivers sent by john but some wont load. I have my sound now but the picture is distorted and also The display is so large it is hard to work with. I took Twikis' advice and downloaded the speccy thing and then here is what it came up with. I know its a wimpy little system but its my wimpy little system that I need running. I have intentions on purchasing another when taxes come in. So somebody please help I looked all morning for what I might need but I have no clue. here is what speccy tells me.

Without this

without this system working I can't download the Tahometer I need for work and the Skype I need for meetings for work. So I am pretty screwed. I can't stand it that I know nothing about computers except what I learn from the internet. Never took computers in school because I am too old and then didn't have them then. So if somebody can guide me in the right direction with this I really would appreciate it a lot.

I did give you the link to the video driver in your other thread. You shouldn't have made a new thread and kept going with the other one.
 
Just a short note:
If you have a dvd recorder or a flash drive or some sort of back up. It is best to save all those drivers and programs for the future.
