stock cooler, overclocking possible?

i might overclock my E4500(core 2 duo@ 2.2Ghz, 800FSB) and i was wondering how much i can overclock with the stock cooler... or if i even can. i have a temp. gauge on the front of my case so i could monitor the CPU temps, but i want my computer to last a long time. is it worth it?

you can overclock with intel stock cooler. define long time

by the time it dies you may be well onto your next new computer.
