stop a program from starting on guest account

I'm using Win 7 Ultimate edition, How do I stop a program from starting at start up on the guest account?
I have a program that starts at start up on my account but I don't want it to start on the guest account.
The program only gives me one option for start up and when checked it starts on both my admin account and the guest account.

I've not tried this, but go to run (window key + R) and type in msconfig.
From there you can edit the programs that will run on start up. Try doing this under the guest account and see if it changes the setting for you as well.

Thanks for the suggestion but when I try to access msconfig from the guest account it says I must be the admin to access.
From my admin account in msconfig I don't see anywhere that I can change program start up for the guest account.

open 'property' of this program and click 'security', remove 'everyone' and specify who can run it.

When I open properties of the program then security, Guest isn't listed.

I have a feeling this needs to be done somewhere in the registry but I'm not sure how. Maybe I'm wrong.
