Stop itunes renaming

itunes automaticly renames my songs with a number in front of them, like so:

Any way to remove this? Preferrably so I don't have to manually rename each file afterwards.

I'm not an idiot...if i ask the question, its because I'm using the songs outside of itunes...say, for a PSP perhaps? So if you can't give a straight up answer, don't say anything. I don't want songs to be arranged randomly in my psp.

There's an option to import without track numbers in Edit > Preferences. You may have to reimport your music for it to take effect. All you'd need to do (if your hard drive was big enough) would be cut and paste all the music somewhere outside the iTunes folder, then reimport the music, and have it copied to your itunes folder. Then delete the duplicate outside the iTunes folder. If you follow.
