Stop message

My first post on here so be patient..

I have a stop message on my laptop with a blue screen, however i cannot view the blue screen as it just flashes once.

Please could you tell me how to pause the blue screen so i can view.

When that blue screen appears press Pause Key from ur keyboard.

kk..if the pause button still dun work then try print screen...click print screen on ur keyboard when the blue screen somes out..after that, paste it in Microsoft Word and read it..

When do you see the blue screen? During boot up or while actually on your desktop using the machine?
