Stopping a .DLL

Hi, I recently used an anti-virus program specifically for a virus i had at the time. I ran it and got rid of the virus. Only problem is not, that a guess a bit of it is left. The boot this .DlL bit.

When ever i turn my comp on it says it cant load/run ikxylnlp.dll

And i want to know how to stop windows from trying to run this .dll at startup. I checked and there is no .dll of this name in the Windows\system32 direcory, which is where it says it should be.

I check my other comp to make sure it didnt have it, so i could be sure it wasnt an actual real part of windows. But just to check again, is it?

Whether it is or not, my comp is running fine without it so im happy.

I just want to stop it from trying to run at startup.

Thanks for any help you can give.
