Stopping Outgoing SPAM

HI

I worked for a company that build interactive kiosk. About 146. But some machine send a lot of SPAM, do you know how can I block all the outgoing SPAM not incoming.

We use Windows 2000.

We tried with a lot of antivirus spyware software but that doesnt work.

Do you mean that your company has A MACHINE somewhere that is sending out spam and you don't know which one it is? If that's the case, you're company should invest in a gateway filter (ie: websense, surf control..) it will tell you which machine/user is the offending one. Only downside is that they are expensive, and need their own dual homed server..

thanks for the reply. no we have some kind of kiosk about 146 in canada. But some machine send spam, So i want to know if there is a way to block all de smtp outgoing. I cant install a software firewall cause we use NETOP to connect to the machine remotely. So the connection will fail if I install it remotely. So there is no way to block all the smtp request in windows 2000 ? Thanks and sorry for my bad english.
