strange apperacne's?!

lately my buttons, windows, toolbars etc. have been turning white! i think it may have something to do with the "apperance's" setting but i don't know, check it out:

but that didn't work, the whole computers white not just web pages

gotta be exact with the time? :D

my AVG and AIM icons in the Taskbar were doing, i guess the same thing last night, they were blue, instead of the regular colors? but their fine now ;) , i dunno what happened.
