I've got a strange error on my HP DV9720 entertainment laptop. It has Windows Vista I have kept the Updates up to date.
The error message says at the User Icon is:
The User Profile Service Failed the Logon
User Profile Cannot be Loaded
The only option is "OK" and if I click the OK button the laptop goes into a restart with the same Quotes.
THe last time I used it was about week ago and everything was fine. It was disconnected from the charger and it only connects wifi. Power surge is not an option.
What should I do next?
