Last night around midnight lost internet connection. All the green lights on the RCA modem were off. Thought maybe Mediacom was doing some work and everything will work in the morning.
Sure enough all lights were on this morning but can't sync up the 2 year old Belkin N150 router. Always before I would have to sync up the router maybe 1 time per month.
So do think my router has finally died? Only use it for Netflix streaming and my wifes laptop upstairs. My son installed this Belkin router. Will go and get a new one but how hard is it to plug in the new router and have it up and running?
Only thing I know is on the bottom of the router is a Password and Security Type. Will the new router come with an installation disk and if so will it walk me through the install? Many Thanks!
