Strange File..

I have been doing a cleaning of my computer and came across this hidden file in program files.
naomf
it is in the rnamfler folder and is a hidden folder
after doing some quick research i found out its a advanced internet filter, i have no idea how it got on my machine and why it would be hidden. I have read alot of people have had problems with it. Currently i am not experiencing any problems related to it, i believe. Should i get rid of it? and if so how would i?
 
well if you dont know how it got there defintaly get rid of it if theres an uninstaller in the folder do that if not then delete the whole folder
