I kinda agree, if you upgrade the motherboard you might as well upgrade to DDR3 ram at the same time.
That board would probably work, but see if you can find a P5G43T-M PRO, and get some DDR3 ram with it....good name brands like G. Skill or corsair.
Also, does you case accept full size ATX boards or just micro? With the board you have in there now is there lots of empty space below the board or does the board go the whole way to the bottom of the case? Just wondering because if you can fit a full size atx board it really opens your options instead of micro ATX only.
