Hi everybody,

I have a msi laptop,with win xp.
I can play games, watch videos in my laptop BUT I can NOT watch online videos. For instance,if I enter youtube and click on a video, laptop waits for 4-5 seconds (like freezing) and then I see a blue screen which says sth like device driver stuck in endless loop and then it reboots. As I could see error message also includes sth about dxdiag .
What can you suggest me?

I suspect its about my graphics card which is ati radeon hd2400.

Well, when it comes to a blue screen, it really doesn't matter what hardware you have; you just have a problem with it. Do what johnb35 said in another thread:
Have him do the following and post the log from it.

Download BlueScreenView
No installation required.
Unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.
^That will tell us what kind of error you're getting when a blue screen occurs on your computer. Then we can figure out what the cause of it is. ;)

Give me the exact model number of laptop you have. This usually requires updating your video driver. However, I'm not sure if updating will fix this issue as you have XP and I know are some issues with XP and radeon drivers.

Hi john,

I have Msi ex610 laptop.ATI RADEON hd2400.

I have this problem for about 1-2 months. Before that,I could watch online videos.I use the same driver files(audio,video,camera,wireless..) after all "format".But this time (although still using winxp) I had such a problem. After my last "format" I setup winxp from a different cd , hence the result..

http://www.msi.com/service/download/nbdriver-15024.html

That should be your driver, straight from the msi website. It says you have HD audio.

I downloaded and tried that driver. But it didnt work. When I check device manager, I see "modem device on high definition audio bus" with yellow "?!".When I click "update the driver" and select the location of this driver, windows can not find the necessary driver.May there be another driver for winxp?
