Well every week I switch between my mom's house and my dad's house.(They're seprated) When I came back to my dad's house I couldn't get my computer(in sig) to get internet... It had worked a week before when I was here. Its conected by a 73' wire to a linksys 11MBs wireless router with a switch in it. I tested the wire with a fluk tester and it is working. I pinged the loop back address for the Nic and it worked. the router gives the computer an Ip address and I can log on to the router but I can not seem to get the internet or connect to any of the other computers, I have a HP that is working fine on the internet connected to the router by a wire also. Right now my laptop I'm on is connected wirelessly to the router. I have tryed setting different ipaddresses including the ones that other computers where just working with(not when there assined to it ofcorse). Still nothing. I can't ping anything other then the router and my loopback and the router gives me the ipaddress and the DNS. I have tryed different jacks on the router too still nothing. Any suggestions is wanted, Thanks.
