I think this is the best choice for the forum section.
Anyway, I have this webcam that I watch (Linked to here) and how it works is it sends an updated image every 60 seconds, rather then a steady stream of frames.
What I am wondering if there is any way you guys know of that I can have this displayed on my desktop through a window and have it auto refresh every 60 seconds. I realize I could just have a web browser window open and set it to refresh every 60 seconds, but I figured I'd ask you guys how you would go about doing this.
Also, it would be a plus if I could have it store the images locally every time it updates, but thats just an afterthought.
Thanks.
