When I watch videos on mainly adult websites {and its not just the same sites} and youtube or yahoo video, the video will load and play about 15 seconds stop buffer play stop buffer etc. This happens even if the video buffers fully before playing. Is this bc of the new IE8 or some other problem bc it also happens on firefox. It also happend on IE before teh update just not as bad. I dont have other programs opend and keep temp files and cookies deleted after each time i use internet.

Well I see some possible solutions to your problems;
Adult Videos being slow?- head down to the adult video store and rent some. If that doesn't do the trick, find a dark alley in the nearest city and pickup a hooker.
Youtube videos?- go sit on your front porch for a while. Your bound to see children doing dumb things, animals being silly and the likes.
If these don't satisfy your pc urges, then you could always run a virus scan since your 'adult sites' likely downloaded some nasties onto your pc...much like that hooker you found in the back alley did. Download and run Malewarebytes anti-malware.
