so i jus had a quick question is there anyway to add my own road to s+t 09 the only reason i want to is because my county added a road almost 3 years ago and even the 09 versoin still does not have it on there so is there a way i can add or edit the actuall maps all i need it to do is draw a road about 2 miles long connecting 1 road to another
