STRIKER II Formula vs Rampage Formula

A friend sold me a 275 gtx for 50 euros and for doing a bit of work on his pc, so now i need a sli mobo. Which out of these two is best for overclocking a q9550?
i want at least 3.8Ghz, which is what i have now and im guessing that the Rampage Formula is the one to go for.

What is the best OCin SLI mobo?

The Striker II is the only one of those 2 that supports sli. My only other suggestion would be to look at 790i motherboards(or 780i if you want to use ddr2)
