StrongVPN on SmartTV

Need help!

I've installed OpenVPN on my Smart TV. It's connected to a server all good, I can see the BBC iPlayer content, but once I try to watch any of them I get the error "You seem to be using an unblocker or proxy.". What should I do to make it run on smart tv?

I've tried and read StrongVPN review but still have no luck.

How did you install OpenVPN on your smart TV? What is the point of a VPN on your TV - is it to get content not available in your country? Why not setup a VPN on your router and route any data from your TV over it?

The Philips smart tv has this option because the PPTP/L2TP is locked. So I had to temper a bit into the TV software to setup an OpenVPN and unlock my favourite content. But it's not working.

I did try that, nothing worked. Followed this topic on Reddit, Youtube, there are proper tutorials of doing it, but it wouldn't work. Maybe it's my luck. I don't know.
