Which 5770 would you get?

I am leaning towards the HIS IceQ Turbo, which is actually cheaper than most of the others after rebate:

Is there anything about any of these that sets it apart from the others? I'm curious about the CuCore by Asus but am having trouble finding a lot of info about it.

The IceQ is a good cooler, I don't know about HIS's warranty but i'd take it over the xfx one i have now.

XFX has double life time warranty. If you bought a used card would you rather buy one with a transferable lifetime warranty or no warranty?
