Hi all,
During the last days my laptop hasn't been able to pass the logo (or sometimes it starts a try of an automatic repair, which is followed by a black screen that neither progress).
My laptop has a 64gb ssd disk (disk C, where Windows is installed) and a 1000gb hdd. I thought the issue was coming from the second one, since during the previous days I was facing some issues to access to some folders there (it was taking some time to load the folders), so after trying with some changes in BIOS without success, I took out the hdd disk, so only the one that has Windows remained within the laptop, and then I was able to access to the desktop.
Does this mean that my hdd is broken? Or could I still try something else? And if the hdd is broken, what could I do to access to it or get the info that has it?
