stupid errors

ok so when I go to open this music manager I just installed. It says "this program has encountered and error and needs to close. We're sorry for this inconvenience." It does it every time. I tryed reinstalling and restarting the PC but no luck.

What runnings system do you have and also what is the name of the Music Manager?

It's the Vcast Music Essentials Manager. And what do you mean by running system? You mean OS? I have XP Home.
